Steve’s team is responsible for all IT Operations in the City, including Helpdesk and Client support, Networking (wired/wireless/M.A.N./Internet), Telecom, IT Security, IT infrastructure implementation and support, Mail, Storage, Print and Backups. With over 25 years of IT experience he started in infrastructure and security consulting and support for Corporate and Government accounts before joining City of Oshawa in 2004.
