His career reflects a deep understanding of municipal operations, having started in Public Works before transitioning into IT Services, where he progressively took on leadership roles supporting the organization’s evolving technology needs.
Now serving as Chief Information Officer, Scott brings a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style. While operating at the executive level, he remains closely connected to the work, regularly rolling up his sleeves to support his team and help solve complex challenges. This approach has earned him a reputation as a collaborative leader who values trust, accountability, and shared success.
