Karen Nemani (she/her) is Principal of Cyber Sage Security consulting where she works with clients to mature and optimize their cybersecurity programs. Karen is a leader in cyber security Governance Risk & Compliance, bridging business goals and cyber security programs by aligning the two to achieve business-focused cybersecurity strategies, resilient security infrastructures and programs capable of growing and effectively managing their cybersecurity risk. . An advocate for women and diversity in the workplace, she is the Women in CyberSecurity Ontario Affiliate President where she and the WiCyS Ontario Affiliate leadership team are building community and working to open doors for Canadian women in cybersecurity both locally and globally. Karen also sits on the Palette CyberSecurity Advisory Board.
