Chief Boutilier was appointed Fire Department Chief of Niagara Falls in 2016, and as Fire Chief, his responsibilities include all aspects of Fire Department operations and administration. He is a member of the City’s Senior Staff team, providing support to other divisions and acting as a liaison on multi-jurisdictional matters. Jim is also the Community Emergency Management Coordinator for Niagara Falls. He is an active member of the Niagara Regional Fire Chiefs, Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs and Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs.
