Charles is a Director with PwC Canada and leads Canadian Identity and Access Management and Digital Identity activities. He has broad experience with large organizations, in North America, to transform how they manage identities and identity experience for both customers and employees.
He has 15+ years of experience in digital service delivery, cyber security design, enterprise identity risk management, and digital identity. Charles has developed people-centric IAM strategies, led large strategic transformation programs and works closely with organizations to modernize IAM, achieve risk reduction, and improve identity experiences. He’s had the privilege to contribute, as a volunteer, to Canadian and Global identity conversations both within the Digital Identity Council of Canada (DIACC) and the United Nations ID2020 program.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Western University and would love to engage in a conversation on how to harness the power of trusted identities.
