Ann Graham is a graduate of Tulane University with a double major in Computer Engineering and Math – after joining IBM she earned a Master degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. As a Software Engineer in IBM’s Security business unit, her focus was shipping Authentication and Authorization products to IBM customers – these products gave the “good guys” access while keeping the “bad guys” out. Now, Ann is the Program Manager for the IBM Development Jumpstart Program for the state of Texas. Her mission is to assist IBM’s incoming class of new hire developers in their assimilation into the community of IBM developers. Contributing a wealth of technical leadership experience, Ann provides IBM’s new hire developer community with knowledge, engagement, and education that they can leverage to help navigate their early career journey in IBM.
