In 2016, Amber left her position in corporate America to become the only female, only American, and only Christian elite football coach for the Adidas Gameday Academy and Paris Saint Germain Academy in Bangalore, India. She worked with an international team of coaches to transform the organizational design, training development, and corporate culture to cultivate a higher-performing team. Today, Amber is the founder of The Ninja Group that works with international teams in a ninja approach to collaboration, creativity, and captainship to catapult organizational performance to awe-inspiring standards.
