As Senior Director, Nicole leads a team of more than 80 Identity and Access Management (IAM) professionals responsible for employee authentication, automation, and identity and access lifecycle management services and operations.
Nicole brings over 15 years of experience in identity and access management, having led and supported large-scale identity programs across major financial institutions in Canada and globally. Prior to joining CIBC, she most recently led the 1AM team at EQ Bank, Canada’s challenger bank. Earlier in her career, she also worked in consulting, supporting multiple identity program implementations across the banking sector. Nicole is passionate about the evolution of identity security and is committed to driving positive change within the industry. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively supporting and championing women pursuing leadership roles within cybersecurity and identity.
