Over 25 years of leadership experience in large organizations within the computer, electronics, and communications industries. Core expertise anchored in leadership, transformation, cybersecurity, governance, and mergers/acquisitions. Holds an MBA from Duke University, an MSc in Business and Management Research, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Reading, UK.
