Keith began his career working with organizations through periods of significant change, from digital innovation and large scale implementations to vendor negotiations and operational redesign. Early on, he recognized a recurring challenge: business leaders were overwhelmed by vendor noise, sales hype, and fragmented solutions. What they needed was not just more technology, but trusted guidance to ensure technology served the business, not the other way around.
This insight shaped Keith’s career trajectory and eventually led him to found Deliver Digital Inc., a consulting and brokerage platform designed to rethink the consulting model itself. Through its unique delivery model, Deliver Digital connects experienced consultants directly with the opportunities where they can have the biggest impact, without the overhead and fluff and hype of traditional consulting.
