The Boston Security Meetup will host a two-talk format event. The first talk, “Playing Hide and Seek with Obfuscated Power Shell Commands,” will explore how attackers use obfuscation to evade detection by Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems. The second talk, “Money Mules, Phantom Hackers,” will discuss the evolution of tech support scams, including the use of in-person couriers and targeting of older adults.
